Job Description
- Provide inputs for the strategic development of content of Org
- Create and manage periodic documentation of content development across projects
- Collaborate with internal project teams to ensure content strategy and outputs are produced as per timelines.
- Work with the project teams and the content team, led by Senior Consultant (Content), for efficient project planning, documentation and submission.
- The person will be responsible to ensure the end-to-end execution of the content creation/production/delivery and work in seamless coordination with internal and external teams/vendors to ensure the same at all times
- Develop project proposals, make power-point presentations and represent the org in meetings, seminars and conferences to build effective external partnerships
- Coordinate with the content managers to ensure content is delivered as per timelines and quality standards
- Review and finalize content developed by content managers
- Develop strategic documents pertaining to content development
- Coordinate with the research team for content related research - both the input into research objectives and tools and to understand and incorporate results of research into content production and finalization
- Develop project plans and conduct periodic (monthly/quarterly) review of the planned programs and targeted achievements set for self and the team
- Maintain the highest standards of personal and professional integrity and upholding organizational values and behaviors.
- Support in other duties as required by the senior management team from time to time.
Job Requirements :
- The candidate should be a post graduate in MBA/Social work/Advertising/ related field from a recognized University with a minimum of 10 years of experience at senior/ middle management level
- The candidate should have effective presentation, research skills and be capable of writing proposals, grant applications, partnership agreements, MoU's etc.
- The candidate should have excellent oral and written communication and written skills, both in Hindi and English
- The candidate should have good networking skills and be able to meet stakeholders' especially the Government of India and be able to forge partnerships and alliances.
- The candidate should have the ability to work individually and on self-driven projects
- The candidate should be willing to travel across project states on a regular basis as required
- Experience in working on communications and media for development related projects, experience in video and audio production and production management preferred
