Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Content Writer located in Mumbai at Capsicum Mediaworks®. The Senior Content Writer will be responsible for creating web content, developing content strategies, conducting research, writing, and proofreading to enhance the online presence and visibility of businesses. Qualifications Experience in Content Management, Web Content Writing, and Editing Optimize content for search engines using keyword research tools and best on-page SEO practices. Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or related field Plan, research, and create high-quality long-form content including whitepapers, case studies, eBooks, and pillar pages. Write clear, engaging, and SEO-friendly content for websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, ads, and other digital assets. Manage and mentor a team of junior content writers by editing and providing constructive feedback to maintain quality and consistency. Collaborate with SEO, design, and marketing teams to align content strategy with campaign goals and brand voice. Conduct in-depth research on industry-related topics to develop original content ideas that provide value to target audiences. Proofread and edit content before publication to ensure grammatical accuracy, brand consistency, and clarity. Ability to create content strategies and manage multiple content projects simultaneously.
