• What You’ll Do**
• Craft innovative and compelling content across all digital and social channels for the brand’s experiential divisions, while also mentoring junior creatives.
• Apply advanced problem-solving skills and creative thinking to develop solutions for a wide array of advertising mediums.
• Collaborate seamlessly with an Art Director partner to conceptualize and deliver compelling, 360-degree campaign concepts.
• Interpret creative briefs effectively and integrate client feedback while meticulously managing project timelines and meeting deadlines.
• Produce polished, well-written creative elements for both internal and external presentations.
• Actively participate in creative discussions with music houses, directors, editors, and other vendors, influencing the final creative output.
• Construct cohesive and persuasive creative presentations, confidently presenting ideas to internal stakeholders.
• Demonstrate proven presentation skills, sharing ideas with passion and conviction.
• Lead ideation efforts specifically within the digital and social media landscape.
• Effectively manage multiple assignments, self-organize, and consistently meet project deadlines.
• Maintain outstanding writing and grammatical skills.
• What You’ll Bring**
• 5+ years of professional experience in an agency setting or a related creative environment.
• An associate’s (2-year) degree in advertising, creative writing, English, or a certificate from a recognized advertising school.
• Proficiency in current creative trends and a deep understanding of omnichannel creative strategies.
• A proven track record of delivering award-winning creative campaigns.
• Mastery of writing, storytelling, and digital and social ideation.
• Strong time management skills, with the ability to balance multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
• Outstanding writing and grammatical skills.
• Proficiency in presentation software, including working knowledge of PowerPoint, Keynote, and Google Slides.
• A genuine curiosity and foundational knowledge of the rich history and diverse offerings of a world-renowned entertainment brand, including its iconic storytelling, animated features, television content, and immersive theme parks.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
