Job Title: Senior Counselor
Department: Marketing and Sales
Salary Range: INR 3 Lakhs - INR 10 Lakhs CTC
Location: Noida
Job Summary:
Business Development Executive is responsible for making new strategies or revising strategies for business revenue, responsible for the overall management of existing sales and marketing team, business partnerships including the development of new revenue opportunities, creating value-added opportunities, and mutually beneficial market activation programs.
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
• Lead and develop sales in alignment with the company’s strategies
• Manage customer relationships within the targeted region
• Plan and prioritize resources and sales activities to meet the sales plan
• Identify new lead opportunities, develop sales goals for the team, and ensure they are met
• Generate predetermined levels of business revenues with special attention to net revenues
• Identify new sales partners and growth opportunities through market analysis and networking
Requirements:
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients
• Good listening and problem-solving skills
• Time management
• Very good operational and organizational skills
• Ability to understand and leverage synergies within an organization
• Self-motivated, have leadership qualities and creative thinking abilities
• High level of integrity and work ethics
• Good knowledge of PowerPoint presentation
• Any bachelor’s degree/ background
• Must be either in the final year of UG/ PG or passed out
• Working experience of 1 year in any/ similar field
