Job Description
: Job Responsibilities : 1. Set up independent projects with minimum supervision, with focus to A-list films 2. Facilitate discussions on content approach or business initiatives with senior leadership 3. Trouble shoot on existing projects 4. Upscale the existing projects with talent and/or crew 5. Develop new film concepts inhouse or with partners 6. Read, evaluate and develop scripts / screenplays and story ideas 7. Build strategic partnerships with key producers, writers and directors 8. Deliver the content as per the expectations and timelines aligned with the management +. Bring in budgeting and commercial understanding of setting up film projects 10. Collaborate with the operations / commercial team 11. Lead a team of Creative Director / Associate Creative Director and setting a clear growth path for them 12. Collaborate with Marketing / PR team on promotional material i.e. trailer, promos, posters and on strategy 13. Track the projects ROI i.e. views, engagement, social buzz what's working and what's not 14. Champion importance and best practices of industry within the film vertical Skills & Competencies : 1. Excellent leadership and organizational skills 2. Attention to detail 3. Ability to multitask 4. Good Communication Skills
