Job description
1) Migrate the sample react native project to use the latest gradle version 8.+ and corresponding android gradle plugin version. Use the latest version of Java and Node.js, react native (0.77.0) and other node_modules

2) Make sure that the app is building for the following (android/build.gradle parameters)

buildToolsVersion = "34.0.0"

minSdkVersion = 24

compileSdkVersion = 34

targetSdkVersion = 34

5) After migration the sample App needs to run on Android (device or sim) without any crash. The sample App has a dummy login (use any email and password) and make sure that all three tabs are opening withou any crash. There is no reacl functionality other than UI controls
