Primary Responsibilities
• Design and implement scalable, high-performance data architectures
• Develop conceptual, logical and Physical data models that aligns with business requirement
• Data Integration and ETL processes
• Data Warehousing
• Data Governance & Quality Assurance
• Data Security & Compliance
• Performance optimizations/tuning
• Review code and provide feedback to ensure it aligns with overall solutions design and best practices
• Collaborate with stakeholders (IT and Business partners)
• Support for Analytics and Reporting
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so
Required Qualifications
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of experience in Data Architecture
• Experience with RxClaim data (Preferable)
• Experience with processing large scale data volume
• Experience with Azure Cloud
• Experience with Data Warehousing Solutions
• Proficiency in SQL/NoSQL databases
• Proven ability to communicate complex data architectures to non-technical stakeholders and cross functional teams
