Work Type: WFO
Experience: Overall 8 to 10 years of experience in Microsoft Technologies and having working experience in SQL Server, Performance Analysis, Database Design, Development and Support of SQL Server 2026/2017/2014/2012.
Core Responsibilities:
1. Identify system requirements for new or/and existing applications
2. Monitor daily operations and address potential issues
3. Participate and contribute to Architecture and Design Solutions.
4. Designing databases and ensuring their stability, reliability, and performance.
5. Design, create, and implement database systems based on the end user's requirements.
6. Improve application's performances.
7. Prepare documentations for database applications.
8. Memory management for database systems.
+. Develop database schemas, tables and dictionaries.
10. Ensure the data quality and integrity in databases.
11. Fix any issues related to database performance and provide corrective measures.
12. Create complex functions, scripts, stored procedures and triggers to support application development.
13. Take regular database backup.
14. Test databases and perform bug fixes.
15. Provide authentication and authorizations for Database
16. Develop best practices for database design and development activities.
17. Experience in MS SQL Server Performance Tuning along with SQL profiler, query optimization, Database consistency check using DBCC
18. Tuning / Monitoring SQL Server / Application Performance due to slow queries via profiler, query execution plan, index and Tuning T-SQL queries to improve performance.
1+. Knowledge in SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
20. Schedule jobs, batch, alert and email notification settings
Technical Skillset:
1. Excellent understanding of Microsoft SQL Server
2. Skilled at optimizing large, complicated SQL statements.
3. Experience in Report Development using complex SQL.
4. Analyse existing SQL queries for performance improvements.
5. Develop procedures and scripts for data migration.
6. Discuss Requirements with Stakeholders and Develop SQL for Reporting.
7. Experience in debugging data-related issues.
8. Passionate to create good design and usability.
