Job Description
• Mandatory experience of 2 years to 5 years in SQL server, T-SQL, DW principles and SSIS
• Strong experience in SQL Server Procedures, functions and triggers
• Perform functions including SQL tuning, database application design, and developer support
• Good understanding of ETL Jobs Design
• Knowledge of DW Architecture
• Strong skills in writing stored procedure & SQL Queries & Query tuning
• Should have the ability to write complex logics
• Support and Maintenance
• Customer Interaction
• Following Quality Management System (QMS)
• Reporting to Management
• Follow appropriate change management procedures to manage and document changes to production systems
• Monitor operational environment to ensure internal and customer Service Level Agreements are meet
• Identify and implement technical and process improvements to enhance system availability, performance and security
• Develop technical system support documentation
• Production Support, Manage open issues queue on a daily basis. This will involve the ability to quickly diagnose the root cause of the issue and development of the appropriate fix for the problem with company prescribed SLAs
