Job Overview:
We are seeking highly skilled and experienced Design Architects to lead and execute large-scale commercial, residential & government design projects. The role involves end-to-end project management, including conceptualization, design development, client coordination, and on-site execution. As a key contributor, you will ensure timely delivery, maintain quality standards, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to bring innovative design solutions to life.
Responsibilities:
• Leading architectural designing from conceptualization to site execution.
• Prepare detailed project working drawings, 3D visualizations, BOQs, and presentations
• Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and deliver tailored design solutions.
• Supervise site execution to ensure design implementation aligns with specifications and timelines.
• Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and team members to streamline project delivery.
• Monitor project progress and address on-site challenges to maintain quality and deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety standards, and regulations.
Qualities / Skills:
• Bachelors in Architecture is a must, M.Arch is good to have
• Minimum 5 years of industry experience in large-scale commercial & residential projects
• Exceptional communication skills to effectively interact with clients and project teams.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Problem-solving mindset to address site execution challenges and ensure smooth operations.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
• A creative approach to design, coupled with practical knowledge of site execution processes.
Compensation & Work Schedule:
• Competitive salary
• Monday to Saturday (Full-time // Work from Office)
• Location 1: Vasant Vihar, New Delhi
• Location 2: Dwarka, New Delhi
• Location 3: Greater Noida, UP
