We are seeking an Assistant Designer who shares our passion for innovation and quality to join our creative team. We’re looking for a visionary Senior Designer to lead our design team in Kolkata.
What You’ll Do:
• Lead: Drive the design process from concept to final product for seasonal collections.
• Innovate: Conduct market research and trend analysis to inspire cutting-edge designs.
• Create: Develop sketches, technical drawings, and digital renderings using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CAD.
• Select: Oversee fabric and material selection, ensuring top quality and cohesion.
• Collaborate: Work closely with production to bring your designs to life, on time.
• Mentor: Guide junior designers and interns, fostering a creative and productive environment.
• Strategize: Participate in brand growth and development decisions.
What You’ll Need
• Degree in Fashion Design or related field.
• 2-4 years of menswear design experience.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Proficiency in design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CAD).
• Deep understanding of garment construction and textiles.
• Portfolio showcasing your menswear design expertise.
