Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design process for their women’s RTW collection, focusing on contemporary resort styles.
Drive innovative design concepts from inspiration to final product, ensuring alignment with brand vision and seasonal trends.
Collaborate closely with the creative, product development, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive execution of designs.
Create tech packs for the design specifications.
Hands-on design including fabric and material selection, fittings, and sampling.
Manage the design calendar, overseeing timelines and ensuring timely delivery of collections.
Stay ahead of market trends, bringing fresh ideas and concepts to enhance their resort wear offering.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience as a Senior Designer in the women’s RTW fashion industry, ideally with a focus on resort or contemporary wear.
Strong understanding of fabric, garment construction, and the creative process from sketch to production.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines.
A keen eye for detail, with a passion for modern, innovative designs that cater to the contemporary resort market.
Experience working with a diverse range of stakeholders
A collaborative team member
Be ethically minded
Proficient with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite
Availability to travel for research and product development
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to lead and inspire a design team.
