Job Roles & Responsibilities
• Design, implement, and maintain continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Develop and manage infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and deployment processes.
• Collaborate with development teams to optimize applications for deployment in various environments.
• Monitor and analyze system performance, identifying and resolving bottlenecks or issues.
• Ensure security and compliance measures are implemented throughout the development and deployment processes.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior team members.
• Evaluate new tools and technologies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the DevOps processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and application-related incidents.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement DevOps best practices and standards.
Skills
• Proficiency in scripting languages like Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Strong experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or Azure DevOps.
• Expertise in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
• Experience with infrastructure automation tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
• Understanding of version control systems such as Git.
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or Splunk.
• Knowledge of networking concepts and protocols.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
