We are currently seeking a Senior Digital Marketer to join our team. As a Senior Digital Marketer at Wiseworks, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
You will manage our SEO team to support various projects and initiatives aimed at improving our online presence and driving organic traffic.

Location- Anywhere within Tamil Nadu /Willing to re-locate to Coimbatore or Trichy

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute end-to-end digital marketing campaigns to meet business objectives and targets.
• Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer insights.
• Manage all aspects of email marketing campaigns, including strategy development, content creation, segmentation, scheduling, and performance tracking.
• Oversee PPC advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads etc; and social media channels, to maximize ROI and lead generation.
• Implement effective SEO (Search Engine Optimization) strategies to improve website visibility, traffic, and search engine rankings.
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, such as website traffic, conversion rates, click-through rates, and campaign ROI, to optimize campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Support off-page optimization efforts, including link building, social bookmarking, and directory submissions.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including design, content, and development, to ensure alignment and consistency across all digital marketing initiatives.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and technologies in digital marketing, and make recommendations for continuous improvement and innovation.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a similar role.
• Experience working with email marketing platforms, PPC advertising tools, and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Moz).
• Proficient in using digital marketing platforms.
• Experience with paid campaigns is an advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and engaging content.
• Proven track record of managing successful digital marketing campaigns and achieving measurable results.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing market trends and consumer behavior.
• Proactive and self-motivated, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and trends.
• Must be able to manage a team of 5+ members.
• Basic knowledge of WordPress is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and act on data.
