Position: Senior Digital Marketer
Profile Description: We are looking for a creative and driven Digital Marketer with over 3 years of experience to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our products and services. You will play a major role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads/customers.
Experience: 3+ years
Location: Jaipur-Onsite
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to the company website and social media platforms.
• Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
• Design, build, and maintain our social media presence.
• Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience.
• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
• Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
• Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
Required skills:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing.
• Expert in Google Analytics, Amplitude, and HubSpot.
• Proven experience in running ads on various digital platforms.
• Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
• Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
• We seek candidates with a background in Web3 and crypto. However, if you do not have direct experience, a keen interest in these areas is essential.
