???? Salary: Competitive + Performance Bonuses
???? What You’ll Be Doing:
• Plan, execute, and manage performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, and more
• Oversee SEO, email marketing, content strategy, and funnel optimization
• Build & manage conversion-driven landing pages with the design and tech team
• Analyze campaign performance and drive consistent improvements using data insights
• Work on brand positioning, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to execute 360° digital strategies
• Stay updated on digital trends, tools, and algorithms
✅ What We’re Looking For:
• 4+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience with measurable results
• Expertise in PPC, SEO, social media ads, content marketing, and analytics tools
• Proven ability to manage and scale multi-channel marketing campaigns
• Strong knowledge of platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, GTM, and CRM tools
• Excellent communication, project management, and strategic thinking skills
• A growth mindset and ownership attitude — someone who treats campaigns like their own business
