Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to join our team as Senior Director, Human Resources, Indian Sub-Continent and GOC. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving the development of our people and organizational capabilities in India, Bangladesh, and Sri Lanka.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will have at least 12 years of solid experience in HR and 7 years or more in a team head position. Prior experience in fashion/retail is preferable, and experience in a multi-national company and a multi-cultural environment is essential.
This role requires strong leadership skills, ability to drive change, inspire, coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing team. The successful candidate will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain effective long-distance work relations.
You will lead and manage a high-performing, collaborative HR team that mutually supports overall internal customer groups and each other. You will partner with all HR functions, including talent review and acquisition, performance management, organizational capability and design, compensation, benefits, diversity, employee relations, leadership development, and training to deliver easy access, quality service.
In this role, you will ensure compliance with labor laws and other statutory requirements. You will also leverage HR policies, programs, and practices to create and maintain a positive, high-performing workplace.
