The Senior Director of Operational Excellence acts as the primary systems architect for our global infrastructure organization, overseeing the end-to-end flow of people, processes, and systems required to scale Cloud and AI delivery. This leader will drive critical infrastructure oversight, action, and controls, ensuring that organizational handoffs are seamless and that the business is positioned to meet its strategic and financial objectives.

End-to-End Operational Architecture: Design and oversee the global "operating system" for the data center organization, ensuring that people, processes, and systems are aligned to accelerate AI and cloud delivery.
Systems & Process Oversight: Act as the lead architect for organizational workflows, identifying and resolving friction points in the handoffs between engineering, supply chain, and site operations
