Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Management:
- Lead and mentor a diverse team of engineers, architects, and project managers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work culture.
- Drive talent acquisition, retention, and career development initiatives to build a world-class engineering team.
- Oversee performance management, coaching, and conflict resolution to ensure team efficiency and satisfaction.
Strategic Planning & Execution:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to align engineering goals with business objectives.
- Lead the design and implementation of large-scale systems, ensuring high quality and timely delivery within budget constraints.
- Establish data processes, guidelines, and best practices to enhance operational efficiency and decision-making.
Project & Program Management:
- Manage complex data and analytics programs, ensuring successful delivery of technical solutions that meet business requirements.
- Oversee end-to-end product launches, driving innovation and continuous improvement in product development and delivery mechanisms.
- Optimize project schedules, budgets, and resources, minimizing technical debt and operational overhead.
Technical Expertise & Innovation:
- Provide technical direction and architectural oversight for major projects, raising the bar on technical requirements and standards.
- Collaborate with global cross-functional teams to achieve technical alignment and support organizational initiatives.
- Drive the adoption of new technologies and methodologies to keep eClerx at the forefront of industry advancements.
Stakeholder Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and internal teams.
- Communicate effectively to ensure alignment and support for project initiatives and success metrics.
- Manage client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
Qualifications:
- Experience:
- 20+ years of experience in software engineering and leadership roles, with a proven track record in managing large-scale systems and cross-functional teams.
- Extensive domain knowledge in e-commerce, financial services, energy, mining, commodity trading, ERP, and logistics.
- Demonstrated experience in data and analytics, cloud computing, disaster recovery, and business process improvement.
- Skills:
- Strong solution and technical architecture skills, with expertise in system design and cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure).
- Proficiency in project and program management, including risk assessment, budget management, and change management.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively manage stakeholders and cultivate a positive work culture.
Education:
- Education from Premimum Insitute
- Various other technical and management certifications.
Key Achievements:
- Led initiatives that resulted in significant improvements in product reach, delivery speed, and seller experience.
- Successfully managed and delivered multiple high-impact projects, achieving key business goals and driving innovation.
