As a vital part of our Document Control and Turnover program, you will:
• Coordinate and manage configuration activities related to documentation, specifications, and changes for your assigned project.
• Collaborate with project managers and team members to ensure timely access to project information and documentation.
• Ensure project data and documentation are organized, accessible, and secure throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate the flow of documents among clients, construction teams, and contractors, ensuring compliance with project procedures and specifications.
• Train contract support personnel on EDMS requirements and best practices.
• Develop work plans related to the project's EDMS platform and execute an auditing program to uphold data integrity.
• Assist in the smooth transition of documentation to the project site.
