We're seeking an experienced Senior Draftsman to join our India team.

Your Key Responsibilities
• Create detailed technical drawings for luxury interior projects using AutoCAD and other relevant software.
• Liaise with architects, designers, and project managers to ensure execution precision and accuracy.
• Supervise junior draftsmen and ensure documentation quality, maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and speed.
• Act as a bridge between creative vision and buildable reality, ensuring that designs are feasible and executed with precision.
Requirements
• 8–10 years of solid drafting experience in high-end interior fit-outs.
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and other relevant software.
• Ability to read and produce detailed GFCs and shop drawings.
• Hands-on understanding of materials, joinery, and services integration.
• Keen eye for accuracy, speed, and design intent.
