About Role:
As a Engineering Manager, you will provide both technical leadership and people leadership.
Your role will involve:
• Guiding engineering strategy and standards
• Coaching, mentoring, and elevating engineering talent
• Contributing to technology roadmaps and architectural discussions
• Ensuring high-quality engineering delivery
• Fostering an inclusive, collaborative, high-performance culture
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and inspire cross-functional engineering teams (Software, Quality, Platform, etc.)
• Coach and uplift engineers by driving best practices
• Establish and communicate engineering standards aligned with global best practice
• Promote open communication and a safe, inclusive team environment
• Drive delivery excellence for mission-critical production systems
• Encourage innovation, constructive challenge, and diverse perspectives
• Advocate for modern technology approaches and new ways of working
• Lead the Quality strategy with a Shift-Left mindset
• Promote DevSecOps and drive its adoption
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex, multi-component technical issues
What You’ll Bring
• 15+ years of full-stack engineering experience
• Strong technical foundation with proven experience leading engineering teams
• Hands-on expertise with C#, .NET 6, Node.js, Web APIs, Kafka
• Databases: SQL Server, Oracle, MongoDB, Aurora DB
• JavaScript frameworks: Angular, React, Next.js
• Deep knowledge of distributed systems, microservices, and cloud engineering
• Experience with AWS/Azure and cloud-native capabilities (preferred)
• Strong understanding of DevSecOps, CI/CD, Observability, and SDLC
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical architectures
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science / information technology
