Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior Executive – Business Operations to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 4–12 years of experience managing business operations, with a strong understanding of utilization, resource and demand management, financial operations, and talent pool governance. This role requires strong analytical capabilities, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a proactive approach to operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end business operations with a focus on utilization, pool ageing, resource management, and demand planning.
• Monitor and govern the Talent Pool against defined SLAs and KRAs, including sales forecast alignment, utilization targets, people cost management, pool aging, and bench management.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition (TA) to ensure timely hiring of skilled talent in alignment with business requirements and SLA commitments.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Delivery, Practice, and TA to support strategic initiatives and operational objectives.
• Support financial operations, including revenue reconciliation, variance analysis, and cost control insights.
• Build and maintain operational dashboards and reports for leadership, providing visibility into key business metrics and operational performance.
• Drive analytics to provide insights and forecasts on supply-demand trends, enabling proactive decision-making.
• Utilize advanced MS Excel skills for data analysis, reporting, and automation (pivots, macros, lookups, etc.).
• (Optional/Good to Have) Leverage tools like Power BI or Tableau for data visualization and enhanced reporting.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Finance, or a related field.
• 4–12 years of relevant experience in a business operations or resource management role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
• Highly proficient in MS Excel; experience in Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
