Required Qualification: Bachelor or Master Degree / Diploma in Commerce.
Required Experience: 2-3 years of experience into Auditing.
Role & Responsibilities:
l Collating, checking and analyzing spreadsheet data, invoices & vouchers.
l Examining company accounts and financial control systems.
l Gauging levels of financial risk within organization.
l Checking that financial reports and records are accurate and reliable.
l Ensuring that assets are safeguarded.
l Identifying if and where processes are not working as they should and advising on changes to be made.
l Preparing reports, commentaries and financial statements.
l Liaising with managerial staff and presenting findings and recommendations.
l Ensuring procedures, policies, legislation and regulations are correctly followed and complied with.
l Undertaking reviews of wages.
Competency Requirement:
Knowledge:
l Should have sound knowledge of Accounting
l Should have working experience on the latest version of Telly
l Should have knowledge on the latest rules related to income Tax, TDS, Service Tax etc.
l Should be able to examine final accounts.
Skills:
l Functional: Well versed on Telly vr. +.5, ERP, MS Excel
l Behavioral: The person should be good observer, should have analytical skills, Numeracy and a strong aptitude for mathematics.
Orientation:
l Person should have working experience in a service industry
Non Desirable / Non Essential:
l Candidate will not be considered if less then 60% marks in Post Graduation / Graduation
