Responsibilities
• Operation Management & Customer Service B2B and Corporates.
• Communication management via Email, Calls, Messages, and Online
• Managing Operation Platforms Aertrips Portal, LCC, GDS, OTA, Other Suppliers, etc.
• 3rd Party - Supplier Management / Sourcing Airlines deals.
• Billing on the Aetrips Portal
• Resolving accounting queries
• Providing Deals of different airlines to the customer, B2B and corporates.
Preferred Qualification & Experience
• HSC/ Graduate
• IATA Qualification / Certification is mandatory
• Knowledge of LCC, OTA, and GDS - Galileo
• Excellent with MS Excel and Google Sheets
• Excellent in written and spoken communication
• Problem-Solving Skills, Handling Clients
• Profit generation skills
