Key Responsibilities
JOB DESCRIPTION
• Operations Management:
• Oversee operations for all Emerging Markets, from business signing to commercial execution.
• Coordinate with Regulatory Affairs (RA) and Project Management (PM) teams for regulatory filings and exchange of legalized business documents.
• Alliance Management:
• Follow up with business partners for DAs, filings, approvals, and launches.
• Supply Chain Management:
• Coordinate with PM and supply chain teams for special imports.
• Manage order execution upon receiving Purchase Orders (POs).
• Transportation Management:
• Organize and manage the transportation of pharmaceutical products.
• Monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery.
• Vendor Relations:
• Engage with logistics service providers.
• Meet the company’s quality and service requirements.
• Quality Assurance:
• Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure products are handled, stored, and transported according to quality standards.
• Coordination with finance:
• Tracking and Closing payments; LC coordination
• Payment terms assurance
• MTT transactions
• Data Management:
• Monitor and analyze logistics data.
• Create reports to identify trends and areas for improvement in operations.
• Problem Resolution:
• Address logistics issues or delays promptly to reporting head.
• Implement solutions to minimize disruption to operations.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with other departments (e.g., procurement, sales, marketing) to align logistics operations with overall business strategy.
• Customer Support:
• Handle customer support and feedback.
• Report to the cluster head.
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS
• Expertise in international logistics, especially for CIS, African, Asian, and MENA regions.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours between USA and India.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of quality assurance standards in logistics.
• Good grasping and adoption process skills.
