Key Requirements:
Strong expertise in Social Media Optimization (SMO) – this is a must.
SEO knowledge is not mandatory, but a strong understanding of SMO strategies and trends is required.
Basic knowledge of graphic design tools like CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop is preferred.
Ability to plan, execute, and manage digital campaigns across all major platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
Experience in content creation and curation for social media posts, reels, and stories.
Familiarity with social media analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, etc.) to track performance and optimize campaigns.
Good understanding of paid advertising (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Display preferred but not mandatory).
Strong coordination skills to work with designers, content writers, and external agencies.
Staying updated with the latest trends and algorithm changes across platforms.
Responsibilities:
Manage daily posting and engagement activities across social channels.
Develop and implement SMO strategies to increase brand visibility and follower growth.
Collaborate with the creative team to ensure brand consistency and appealing visuals.
Monitor trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
Track and report performance metrics and recommend improvements.
