Job responsibilities:
Launch, manage, and implement weekly optimizations of ad accounts on paid search, display and social media ad platforms.
- Provide support for our Director of Paid Media by handling day-to-day and emergent tasks across multiple digital ad accounts
- Analyze performance, make smart optimization decisions, and push for improving performance on ad accounts through increased leads and sales.
- Create client-facing weekly and monthly reports with insights and suggestions to help level up our clients performance.
- Be responsible for ad copy creation that fits our client's branding and messaging on search and social, and giving feedback on creatives for imagery to use in display and social placements
- Partner with internal stakeholders around category/brand/product priorities while providing paid media insights including trends and performance recaps
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing industry trends Have a basic understanding of different creative types on social media (story placements, feed placements, collections, dynamic retargeting) and on platforms like Google Ads (Shopping, Search, Display, Performance Max, Discovery, RLSA)
- Developing strong working relationships with members of the broader digital account teams including planning, investment, operations, and analytics
- Work with other departments (e.g. product/business development, creative, and merchandising) to ensure goal and strategy alignment, as well as to maintain brand identity
- Proactively monitor performance and budgets and make sure that we are on targets
Skills & Qualifications:
- 3-5+ years of hands-on experience with Google Ads (search, shopping, display, RLSA, etc) and Facebook Ads, ideally in an agency setting.
- Fluent in written English and strong copywriting skills as you will be required to write ads independent of client and team feedback for search ads
- Strong time management skills as you will be handling multiple clients accounts of varying spend levels
- A self-starter mentality, a strong sense of ownership, and an appetite for learning
- Demonstrable success in improving account performance in search and social ads and a desire to champion both.
- Up-to-date with trends, new features and functionalities in digital marketing platforms, especially on Google Ads and Facebook Ads. Google Ads/Analytics and Facebook Certifications are a massive bonus and will help you stand out!
