Job Description
Looking for CA/ CPA/ ACCA/ Semi-Qualified CAs with at least 3 years of relevant experience with advanced knowledge and experience in all phases of accounting, financial planning and client and team management. Strong Accounting and Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills are pre-requisites. Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills would non-negotiable. The selected candidate should be able to join immediately.
Responsibilities:
• Managing financial statement & balance sheet reporting analysis for our clients based in the US, delivering on client mandates, supporting client analyses.
• Manage end to end AR/AP process flow, accounting & reconciliation for client accounts
• Team management/leading responsibility involving allocating and reviewing the team's work, conducting performance discussions, and directing the team on projects and delivery.
• Design solutions to address client objectives, rooted in a clear understanding of the client and business context driving client opportunities and challenges
• Develop a strong understanding of BeeBee's current accounting, financial, and analytics capabilities; contribute subject matter expertise to the development of future BeeBee models and analytics
• Direct end-to-end client and stakeholder management. Acts as the business owner and helps to grow the business / add new clients under the BeeBee umbrella.
Qualifications:
• CA/ CPA/ ACCA/ Semi-Qualified CA with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent Microsoft Excel, Presentation and Communication Skills
• Good knowledge of Business Intelligence tools and experience with financial systems/applications (e.g. QBO, QB Desktop, NetSuite, Xero, etc.)
• Strong Analytical thinking and client management experience with hands-on experience in problem-solving
