Proficient in Excel and well-versed in bookkeeping, account reconciliation, and financial reporting.
Adapt at managing payroll, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting Record to Report (R2R) processes.
Skilled in maintaining accurate financial records and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
Education and Qualification:
Required:
• Bachelors degree with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience
• Experience of GST Compliance: Ensure adherence to GST laws and regulations, including preparing and filing GST returns, reconciling GST payable and receivable, and handling GST audits
• Accounts Payable (AP): Process and manage vendor invoices, verify payment terms, ensure timely payments, and maintain accurate records of AP transactions
• Good experience in Excel
• Bookkeeping and Accounting
Responsibilities:
Salary Processing:
• Calculate salaries, deductions (taxes, provident funds, insurance, etc.), and bonuses.
• Maintain employee payroll records.
• Coordinate with HR to ensure proper input for new hires, Resigned, and employee changes.
Month End Closing:
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Experience in journal entries, ledger posting.
Reconciliation of Accounts:
• Perform accounts reconciliation (Bank, Vendor, Intercompany, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Record to Report:
• Support the R2R (Record to Report) activities, ensuring timely financial reporting.
• Collaborate with internal teams for data and documentation.
• Familiarity with Accounts Payable basics.
