Senior Executive Financial Manager

Accounting and Finance Professional We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive accounting professional to support our financial operations in a dynamic business environment. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day accounting operations including general ledger, journal entries, and reconciliations. Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other applicable statutory requirements. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support business decision-making. Handle monthly/quarterly/annual book closing and prepare financial statements along with timely MIS reports. Prepare and process vendor payments, employee reimbursements, and other disbursements in a timely manner. Support audits, tax filings, and liaise with external auditors/consultants as required. Manage accounts payable/receivable and ensure accurate records of transactions. Maintain documentation and compliance for cross-border payments and international vendor transactions. Monitor cash flows and coordinate with banks and financial institutions. Requirements: A Master's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (CA/ CA Inter / CMA preferred). 4-7 years of experience in accounting and finance, preferably in a start-up or technology company. Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and general compliance requirements. Experience in book closing, reconciliations, and financial reporting. Familiarity with cross-border payment processes, FEMA basics, and related compliance. Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or similar.
