Job Description
Our teams are co-located and agile, with central offices in Pune and the in-market team is spread across locations in India.
RESPONSIBILITIES
● Manage end-to-end HRBP role for the teams
● Contribute to the business strategy by helping identify, prioritize, and build organizational capabilities, behaviors, structures, and processes
● Support line management in forecasting and planning the talent pipeline requirements.
● Ensure leadership and coaching culture is cascaded through the organization.
● Drive the people processes (performance, development, engagement) to ensure that employees’ level of performance and capabilities meet current and future standards
● Provide expert advice and coaching to employees where appropriate
● Understand employee opinions and anticipate their needs and concerns
● Analyze key HR data and provide insights & recommendations to senior HR / BU leaders
● Automate and improve HR processes in the organization
● Maintain close contact with the area HR team to work in synchronization with the other business units at NielsenIQ.
● Manage specific projects as well as participate in functional and cross-functional initiatives
