Job Description
Your main responsibilities will include:
Assist in the communication, interpretation, and upkeep of employee handbook, employee directory, and organizational chart.
Creating, implementing and administering human resources policies and procedures and ensuring that practices are compliant with statutory requirements and guidelines
Recruitment, including but not limited to conducting hiring needs analysis, conducting reference checks and employment contracts
Building training modules for new hires and training them as per the organization’s requirement
Managing various aspects of HR Operations including employee documentation, on-boarding and off- boarding
Managing Performance Management - Field Analysis & Benchmarking, Employee Experience.
Employee relations by providing guidelines and clarifications on policies and their application
Implementing and managing employee benefits and claims administration
Be the primary backup for payroll processing, including; bi-weekly and semi-monthly updates to employee files, bonus/incentive pay, tracking vacation/sick pay, importing expense reimbursements, inputting exceptions, hourly employee validations, and benefit changes
Working closely with finance to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll and other claims
Participating in and/or leading projects focused on continuous improvement
Understanding the expectation from Board of directors and carrying out the tasks as per organization’s needs
Handling Employer Branding
Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law
Perform other duties as assigned.
Key Requirements:
Prior experience in an HR generalist role
In depth knowledge of employment laws & statutory requirements
Good understanding of HR policies & procedures
Time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
You are organized, meticulous & detail oriented
Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
You ideally possess a degree in human resources or related field
Strong interpersonal & communication skills
Flexible with work timings during the incubation period

Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
