PG / MBA in HR (Full time MBA) with - 6 years of relevant experiences handling HR Compliance and liaison with Statutory Authorities independently.
Excellent people management skills, target-oriented, positive and proactive. Sound understanding and exposure in EPF, ESIC, Professional Tax, Gratuity related matters, Compliance and other labour Laws. Also, Liaison with external Insurance vendors for claim processing and settlement of Employee Claims
