Responsibilities
• Employee on boarding on HRIS, Payroll and compliance
• Preparation of the monthly payroll including: extracting the hours worked from HRIS and inputting the required information into the Payroll Bureau portal; checking the payroll; month end reporting and reconciliations.
• Ensuring Real Time Information reports are made in accordance with HRIS and maintaining compliance.
• Ensuring the calculation of all salary deductions are made accurately and that payments to the appropriate authorities are made on a timely basis.
• Maintenance of all salary records to meet statutory requirements.
• Yearend processing.
• Liaising with Heads of Departments in order to ensure that all relevant documentation is received and processed relating to New Starters, Leavers and any other contractual changes.
• Dealing with routine queries on payroll, HRIS and other operations related queries.
• Manage MIS for the department on monthly and annual basis
• Ensure we are compliance with all compliances
• Maintaining the HRIS up to date
• Introducing new processes and initiatives for organizations process enhancement.
Requirement
• min 4 to 5 years of total experience
• Graduate / Post graduate in HR
• Good communication skills
• immediate joiners preferred
