What you’ll do
Roles and Responsibilities
TIME OFFICE Management:-
Insert New Employees in computerized software Matrix & manage Attendance.
Register Employees on ESIC & PF sites.
Prepare Daily Manpower Report & Information to be sent to HOD.
Monthly HR Reports for Senior Management like New Joiners Report, Attrition Report, Absenteeism Report.
Finalize attendance days for prepare Salary (Check Gate Pass, Mis-punch, Short Leave, OD form, C- off & Leave Application of Employees).
Payroll Management :-
Salary & Over Time (G.W.R.) Preparation by computerized software (Megasoft , Matrix, Online ERP Software (ZK Time, Max Time) and manually by using Excel.
Responsible to prepare Transfer Sheets & Compendium of all Expenditure.
Prepare full and final settlement & Exit formalities (Exit interview).
Responsible to prepare & Distribute Bonus, Pay slip & Gratuity.
Responsible to generate Online challan of P.F, E.S.I.C & L.W.F.
Organize Various Training :-
Prepare training calendar.
Organize training like PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), Fire Fighting, First Aid Training, Supervisor duties Role and Responsibility Training, Health and Safety Training, Chemical Handling Training.
Monitoring Training Program & take Feedback of Training.
Re-organizing Training Program.
Organize Various Committees:-
Works Committee, Health & Safety Committee, Anti- ****** Harassment Committee, ICC (Internal Complaint Committee), Grievance Redressal Committee, Emergency Response Team Committee, Canteen Committee.
Maintain Records :-
Personal File, Legal & Other Registers, Maintain Leave record (EL, CL, SL Register), Training & their Feedback Record, Committee Record & Maintain Other Activities Record.
AUDIT HR Records :-
Responsible for Internal, Buyers & Legal Audits of HR Records eg. Sedex, ISO, RJC and other statutory and labor audits ESIC, PF, Labor Office
Maintain Master File Documents.
Administrative Functions :-
Bill Verification: Responsible to check & verify bills from the viewpoint of HR and Vendor Compliance
Desired Candidate Profile
Should be well versed with payroll and labor laws
Should have experience in handling PF, ESIC and Labor Audits
