Job Description
Our teams are co-located and agile, with central offices in Pune and the in-market team is spread across locations in India.
Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end HRBP role for the teams
• Contribute to the business strategy by helping identify, prioritize, and build organizational capabilities, behaviors, structures, and processes
• Support line management in forecasting and planning the talent pipeline requirements.
• Ensure leadership and coaching culture is cascaded through the organization.
• Drive the people processes (performance, development, engagement) to ensure that employees’ level of performance and capabilities meet current and future standards
• Provide expert advice and coaching to employees where appropriate
• Understand employee opinions and anticipate their needs and concerns
• Analyze key HR data and provide insights & recommendations to senior HR / BU leaders
• Automate and improve HR processes in the organization
• Maintain close contact with the area HR team to work in synchronization with the other business units at NielsenIQ.
• Manage specific projects as well as participate in functional and cross-functional initiatives

Qualifications
• Preferred Higher education in Human Resource Management
• 2-3 years of experience in the HRBP space
• Good working knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software’s
