Job Description
As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will be embedding company HR strategy working in collaboration with COE’s and by providing professional HR guidance and support to relevant internal client groups with the objective to add value to the business. We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join the Customer Success and in-market team in one of our strategic locations.
Our teams are co-located and agile, with central offices in Pune and the in-market team is spread across locations in India.
Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end HRBP role for the teams
• Contribute to the business strategy by helping identify, prioritize, and build organizational capabilities, behaviors, structures, and processes
• Support line management in forecasting and planning the talent pipeline requirements.
• Ensure leadership and coaching culture is cascaded through the organization.
• Drive the people processes (performance, development, engagement) to ensure that employees’ level of performance and capabilities meet current and future standards
• Provide expert advice and coaching to employees where appropriate
• Understand employee opinions and anticipate their needs and concerns
• Analyze key HR data and provide insights & recommendations to senior HR / BU leaders
• Automate and improve HR processes in the organization
• Maintain close contact with the area HR team to work in synchronization with the other business units at NielsenIQ.
• Manage specific projects as well as participate in functional and cross-functional initiatives

Qualifications
• Preferred Higher education in Human Resource Management
• 2-3 years of experience in the HRBP space
• Good working knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software’s
