Role Description

This role will be key in helping us grow GCCPL as a business, brand and a leader in the industry. You will lead and be responsible for managing hiring across divisions and at various levels to ensure all requirements for talent are met for sustainable growth of the organization.
Talent Acquisition and Recruitment
· Understand talent requirements from Head of Departments seeking candidates.
· Act on requisitions received by sourcing candidates from different paid and free Job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.) keeping in mind the needs of the hiring manager.
· Screen candidates through preliminary interviews.
· Coordinate with concerned Head of Department for candidate suitability.
· Provide candidates with the background of the organization and clearly communicate the role and the responsibility.
· Negotiate salaries and release offers to the selected candidates.
· Coordinate with candidates for document gathering, interview scheduling, offer acceptance or rejection and joining dates.
On-boarding and Joining Formalities
· Create, implement and execute new employee induction and orientation plans.
· Prepare and maintain new employee documents and records as per the policy and legal requirements
· Coordinate training and development initiatives for new employees.
Requirements and Skills
· Bachelor’s degree (required).
· 3+ years of experience in HR and recruiting.
· Experience working with pharmaceutical or food companies.
· Experience recruiting sales and marketing candidates.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Ability to execute in a fast-paced environment with rapidly evolving priorities.
· Good understanding of various recruiting tools.
· Problem solving and decision-making aptitude with strong time management capability.
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹550,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
