Job Title : Senior Executive HR & Training

Years of Experience : 3 - 5 years of work experience for Sr. Executive

Education- Graduation in any field or Masters in any field

Location: New Delhi

Key Responsibilities-
• · Timely sourcing of requirements as per approved headcount report
• All hiring to be done as per competency framework
• Conduct Screening Interviews and reference checks
• To ensure manpower cost department wise is within the given Budgets. Any deviation to be highlighted. Hiring to be done only basis approved headcount and budget
• All recruitment/ joining formalities to be completed in the specified time frames
• Training Needs Analysis based on the competency Mapping
• Provide support to Corporate Training division so that trainings may be conducted as per the Annual Training Calendar
• All mandatory Induction Programs to be conducted before confirmation
• Ensure all new joinees go through common induction program and mentoring process. Duly signed Induction checklists to be available in personnel files
• Provide feedback on training needs of the market region to corporate Training division to be able to have customized Performance Improvement Plans for every employee
• Finance to be updated at all times regarding changes in the monthly salary sheets
• Thorough knowledge of the existing Remuneration policy
• Timely resolution of employee queries related to payments.
• Provide feedback/ Inputs on the existing compensation structure keeping in mind the Organizational needs, budgets, tax implications and statutory norms
• KRAs to be issued to all employees
• Suggest Career opportunities for employees within the company based on IJPs and their growth
• Ensure that the PMS cycle timings and deadlines are adhered to
• Constant interaction with employees to address various Grievance areas
• Updating personnel file on a regular basis
• Ensure any redressal pertaining to appraisal are informed to HO within 30 days of appraisal
• Compilation of monthly reports (Recruitment Cycle, Payroll Inputs, Headcount, Leave etc.)
• Share best practices from the market to the team and take initiative to introduce new practices in alignment with the company goals
• Monitor timelines, negotiation of contracts, coordination with legal experts to build compliance clauses in the outsourced service contracts o ensure that company interests are protected
• Monitor compliance with all the process and protocols as per the Operations Manual
• Knowledge of Org Design to be able to identify structural issues that impact employees and recommend interventions
• Develop relationships (internal & external) with key stake holders to build HR & Training credibility
• To influence and convince internal stakeholders and drive responsiveness of the department
• HR Software database / Employee personnel files to be updated always with no errors. All HR related decisions taken as per HR Policies. Audit to be done for all HO employees
• Monitoring Employee Confirmations as per schedule.
• To ensure smooth coordination for Health Insurance and Personal Accident Insurance at HO
• To ensure all employees have -
• - Been issued ID Cards
• - Biometric is enabled for all new joiners
• - DC are issued correctly and by the date of confirmation to the employees
• HR Software database / Employee personnel files to be updated always with no errors. All HR related decisions taken as per HR Policies. Audit to be done for all HO employees’ self-development
• Team development
• KRA based evaluation performance of all reportees to be done by the end of every block and KRAs to be handed over to all reportees at the beginning of every block
• Running a detailed induction program along with Training department for induction of new joiners
• Improving teamwork with peers
