Key Responsibilities: • Leading the strategic programs for the COO office that align with organization goals and priorities. • Serve as a trusted advisor to employees, providing guidance and support on HR-related matters with empathy and professionalism. • Drive strategic recruitment efforts, leveraging cutting-edge AI technologies to attract top talent and ensure a seamless candidate experience. • Manage employee relations with finesse, proactively addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and ensuring fair and consistent practices. • Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate HR initiatives seamlessly into the fabric of SARAS. • Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring HR trends, laws, and regulations, ensuring our policies and practices remain compliant and industry-leading. Qualifications: • Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field. • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in HR roles post-education. • Deep understanding of HR best practices, laws, and regulations, with a knack for translating complex concepts into actionable strategies. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with employees at all levels. • Unwavering integrity and discretion in handling sensitive information and matters. • Analytical and problem-solving acumen, with a talent for identifying root causes and developing innovative solutions. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems, with a willingness to embrace cutting-edge AI technologies.
