Job Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, directing, managing, and evaluating an organization's supply chain/logistics operations. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Post Recruitment - Onboarding Formalities
• Post, selection - salary negotiation verification of documents & release of the offer letter.
• On the day of joining, complete the documentation part, creation of the personal file, and upload it to the software.
• Prepare the employment correspondence - Appointment/Confirmation / PIP/Warning etc.
• Creation of ESSL/Spine / Axpert (if require) login.
Off Boarding Activities
• Resignation Acceptance & To take the Exit Interview.
• On the last day of working - complete the documentation part - exit clearance & handover docs.
• Prepare the Experience / Relieving Letter & Process the Full and Final Settlement.
Attendance Management
• Prepare the day-to-day attendance report - location wise & sent to Management.
• Attend the queries of employees related to Attendance & leaves.
• Verification of Monthly Attendance.
Payroll & Statutory Compliance
• Prepare the consolidated payroll input file.
• Process the salary location-wise.
• Sent the new joinee data to the consultant for PF/ESIC challan preparation.
• Process the challan payment of PF/ESIC/ PT/MLWF.
• Process the contractual / Professional employee's invoice payment.
HRMIS
• Update the various HR reports - Joiner's report, Attrition report, Spine ticket report, Attrition Report & other reports as and when management requires.
Qualifications
• MS Excel & Presentation skills.
• 5-7 yrs of experience in HR Operations domain especially with Spine HRMS and payroll.
• ERP-based HRIS System knowledge (SPINE Must) Spine certified additional advantage.
• Knowledge of Labor Laws and Compliances.
• Good people management & interpersonal skills.
• Acumen to handle interpersonal cooperation with Internal and External key interactions
