Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate job postings, review resumes, conduct interviews, and make hiring decisions in collaboration with department managers.
• Ensure compliance with hiring policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
Employee Relations:
• Establish and maintain positive employee relations by addressing and resolving employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances.
