Roles and Responsibilities
Recruitment:
Conducting recruitment/exit interviews and recording them accordingly
Facilitating newcomers joining formalities
Reviewing & updating job descriptions for all positions regularly
Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri)
Screening incoming resumes and application forms
Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)
Advertise job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events
HR Administration:
Communicating and explaining the organization’s HR policies to the employees
Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates/attendance as per the requirement in consultation with the management HR Management. Handling all employee inquiries & grievances.
Desired Skills:
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, or Organization Development.
3-4 years of experience in an HR executive or higher post.
Knowledge and experience in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, recruitment, organization development, employee relations, employee engagement.
Should have advanced verbal and written communication skills in English and local language. Ability to effectively multi-task in a fast-paced & challenging environment.
CTC Range: 4-5 Lakhs
