CTC: 4 to 4.5 LPA
Experience: 2 to 3 years in IT or Non-IT sectors
Immediate Joiner Required
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Lead the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
• Design and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work culture
• Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts to ensure a harmonious work environment
• Develop and implement performance management systems to improve employee productivity and motivation
• Administer compensation and benefits programs and ensure they are aligned with industry standards
• Maintain compliance with labour laws and regulations
• Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field
• 2-3 years of experience in HR, preferably in the IT or Non-IT sector
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• In-depth knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and practices
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software systems
