The Role
• Independently source candidates (no portals for first 3 months)
• Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews
• Manage end-to-end hiring process from sourcing to onboarding
• Recruit across multiple domains and locations
• Maintain accurate reporting and performance logs
• Collaborate with internal teams for hiring process alignment

Phase 1 (First 6 Months)
