Job Title: Senior Human Resources Executive
Remote Work Opportunity with High-Earning Potential
We are seeking dynamic and driven Senior Human Resources Executives to manage large-scale recruitment campaigns across non-IT sectors, including Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Support roles, across PAN India.

The Role:
• Independently source candidates (no portals for first 3 months)
• Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews
• Manage end-to-end hiring process from sourcing to onboarding
• Recruit across multiple domains and locations
• Maintain accurate reporting and performance logs
• Collaborate with internal teams for hiring process alignment
What We Offer:
Phase 1 (First 6 Months):
• Performance-Based Payout Model: ₹5,000 to ₹1,50,000 per successful hire
• No earning cap – the more you hire, the more you earn
