Eclick Softwares and Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Senior Executive HR primarily with a recruitment background. Experience in HR functions related to IT, ITES, and BPO is required.

Responsibilities
• Recruitments and Hiring.
• Maintain Company Culture.
• Create a Safe Work Environment.
• Handle Disciplinary Actions.
• Employee Management
• Administering appropriate company assessments.
• Performing reference and background checks.
• Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers.
• Design and implement the overall recruiting strategy.
• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
• Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.
• Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards/Portals etc.

Qualifications
• Joining Immediate.
• Bachelors in human resources. (MBA preferred)
• A minimum of 3yr - 5 years of experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
