Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Experience: 3 to 5yrs
Qualification: MBA in HR OR Any Graduate having experience in HR Recruitment & Operation

Roles and Responsibilities
Understanding the manpower requirements
Sourcing the relevant profiles from various portals/Sources, referral, campus etc.
Screening the sourced profile and taking face to face interviews of candidates in pipeline.
Lining up candidates according to the parameters and Requirement
Interview coordination
Coordinating with the Stakeholders
Maintaining Database & MIS
Conduct Induction, orientation, joining & exit formalities.
Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
Timely issuance of appointment letter, appraisal letter, Experience letter, relieving letter etc.
Conduct various employee engagement activities & handle grievances.
Candidate should have knowledge of Compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity)
Candidate should have knowledge of Attendance Management, PMS System & Payroll
Desired Candidate Profile
Candidate should have experience & good knowledge of Recruitment process and HR operations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Sense of urgency and ability to manage and prioritize multiple work requirements to meet deadlines
