Job responsibilities involve but are not limited to: -
Responsibilities:
· Onboarding process management
· Employee database management
· Confirmation, Transfer, Payroll co-ordination
· Performance Improvement Program Implementation: JDs, KRA, Goal Setting, Appraisal,
· Increment &Promotion etc.
· Training & Development (Training Needs Analysis, Training Calendar, Identification of
· Internal/External Trainers, Implementation, Effectiveness Evaluation)
· HR Dashboard management
· Employee Engagement and regular employee connect.
· Employee Grievance Handling
· Attrition management: Disciplinary action, Exit formalities etc.
· Any other activities assigned by management from time to time.
