Job Description
Ensure the onboarding process is completed as per the given target.
Daily coordination with the Labour contractor for the new requirements.
Issue offer letters, Appointment letters, Increment letters, Warning letters, etc.
Joining formalities of new joiners i.e. Enrolled and issue punching cards to new joiners to mark their attendance, Making data for ID cards, and Issuing them ID cards. Coordination with bank executive for opening accounts of new joiners and maintaining employees' records & files. Maintaining all employee's leave records and solving the query related to their leave balances.
Managing end-to-end payroll activity of all employees i.e. consolidate Input for payroll processing and run the payroll of all employees including Overtime calculations, deductions, Bonus calculations, One-time payments, etc., and solving their query related to salary.
Handling employee grievances and providing solutions to them.
Exit formalities for left employees and full and final settlements.
Suggesting and implementing the HR policies and procedures Providing a monthly statutory report
